اثر زئولیت و آبیاری با پساب بر خصوصیات زراعی و عملکرد پنبه رقم ورامین
در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک مانند ایران، استفاده از پساب برای آبیاری امری اجتنابناپذیر است. از طرفی کاربرد مواد معدنی مانند زئولیت بهمنظور بهبود رشد گیاهان و کاهش اثرات مضر پساب ضروری میباشد. بنابراین منظور تحقیق حاضر بهمنظور بررسی اثر آبیاری با پساب به همراه زئولیت بر گیاه پنبه در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و به صورت اسپلیت پلات در سال 1395 در شهرستان تربت حیدریه انجام شد. بدین منظور تیمار آبیاری در دو سطح (I1: آبیاری با آب معمولی و I2 آبیاری با پساب) و تیمار زئولیت در دو سطح (Z0: بدون کاربرد زئولیت و Z1: استفاده از زئولیت پتاسیمی در سطح 4 درصد وزنی) و با سه تکرار در نظر گرفته شد. نتایج نشان داد که نوع آب آبیاری بر قطر ساقه، ارتفاع بوته، تعداد برگ، عملکرد وش در چین اول (P<0.01)، وزن بیست قوزه و عملکرد کل (P<0.05) اثر معنیداری داشت. مقدار زئولیت بر ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد وش در چین اول، وزن بیست قوزه و عملکرد کل (P<0.01) اثر معنیداری نشان داد. برهمکنش نوع آب آبیاری و مقدار زئولیت نیز بر شاخصهای ارتفاع بوته، وزن بیست قوزه، عملکرد کل (P<0.01)، قطر ساقه و تعداد برگ (P<0.05) اثر معنیداری داشت. بیشترین مقدار شاخصهای قطر ساقه، ارتفاع بوته و تعداد برگ به ترتیب در تیمارهای I2Z0 و I2Z1 و بیشترین وزن بیست قوزه در تیمار I1Z1 مشاهده شد. همچنین، بیشترین عملکرد وش در چین اول در تیمار I2Z1 و بیشترین عملکرد کل در تیمارهای I2Z1 و I1Z1 مشاهده شد. بنابر این نتایج، کاربرد پساب و زئولیت میتواند بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد پنبه موثر باشد.

مقایسه سیاست مبادله مجوزهای آبی در بین کشاورزان پنبه کار استان گلستان
در این تحقیق بهمنظور مقایسه دو سیاست مبادله و عدم مبادله مجوزهای آبی بین کشاورزان، دو برنامه تخصیص آب، بین کشاورزان پنبه کار روستای قاسم آباد، بر اساس الگو برنامه ریزی تصادفی با پارامترهای بازهای طراحی شد. سپس نتایج حاصل از دو سیاست با یکدیگر بر اساس شاخص حجم آب مازاد، کاهش در کمبود آب و میزان زمین آبیاری شده مقایسه گردید. برای این مطالعه، تعداد ۲۰ مزرعه پنبه کار موجود در روستای قاسم آباد که همگی از آب سد وشمگیر واقع در شهرستان آق قلا تغذیه شده، انتخاب شدند. مقایسه نتایج نشان داد در کل، سیاست مبادله مجوزهای آبی پنبه کاران، منجر به صرفه جویی در مصرف آبی (مازاد آبی) با حد بالا و پایینی برابر با [۸۹/۵۲ ,۳۶/۴۷] هزار متر مکعب و کاهش در کمبود آبی برابر با [۶۶/۴۲ ,۵۴/۳۵] هزار مترمکعب و کاهش در مصرف زمینی برابر [۷ ,۴۰/۶] هکتار را نسبت به عدم مبادله خواهد داشت به طوریکه میزان سود کلی سیستم پنبهکاری تحت مبادله برابر با بازه [۲۹/۹۴ ,۸۲/۵۶] میلیون تومان نیز حفظ میگردد. در کل، سیاست مبادلات مجوزهای آبی در بین پنبه کاران نسبت به عدم مبادله میتواند منجر به تخصیص کاراتر آب از نقطه نظر صرفهجویی در مصرف آب و کاهش در کمبود آب گردد اما این سیاست میتواند میزان زمین پنبه قابل آبیاری را نیز کاهش دهد و در بلند مدت منجر به خروج تعدادی کشاورز از فعالیت کشاورزی گردد.

تاثیر محلول پاشی عنصر روی و هورمون رشد اکسین بر شاخصهای موفولوژیک و فیزیولوژیک رشد و برخی صفات الیاف سه رقم پنبه
به منظور بررسی تاثیر عنصر روی از منبع Zn EDTA و تنظیم کننده رشد اکسین NAA بر صفات کمی و کیفیت الیاف و شاخصهای فیزیولوژیک سه رقم پنبه، آزمایشی به صورت اسپلیت اسپلیت پلات در قالب طرح پایه بلوک کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در منطقه ورامین در سالهای زراعی 1393-1392 انجام گرفت. در این پژوهش کرت اصلی شامل سه رقم پنبه (رقم ورامین، خرداد و پاک)، کرت فرعی شامل محلولپاشی با کلات روی در سه سطح؛ محلولپاشی با آب خالص (شاهد)، کلات روی با غلظت یک در هزار، کلات روی با غلظت دو در هزار) بودند و محلولپاشی با نفتالین استیک اسید با غلظت 30 میلیگرم در لیتر به عنوان کرت فرعی فرعی در چهار سطح محلول پاشی با آب خالص( شاهد)، یک نوبت محلولپاشی، دو نوبت محلولپاشی و سه نوبت محلولپاشی انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که محلولپاشی کلات روی در غلظت یک در هزار به همراه کاربرد NAA بصورت محلول پاشی منجر به افزایش تعداد کل غوزه در بوته، افزایش وزن تک غوزه، وزن وش کل و طول الیاف نسبت به شاهد گردید. بیشترین وزن وش کل در رقم خرداد در شرایط محلولپاشی کلات روی با غلظت یک در هزار همراه با یک نوبت محلولپاشی NAA به دست آمد. کاربردNAA باعث کاهش زودرسی گردید. بین ارقام مختلف از نظر طول الیاف، ظرافت اختلاف معنیداری مشاهده شد. در کل عکس العمل ارقام مختلف در دو محل به غلظتهای مختلف Zn EDTA و تعداد دفعات محلولپاشی نفتالین استیک اسید از نظر اکثر صفات مورد بررسی متفاوت بود.

ارزیابی اثرات نحوه کاربرد علفکش ترفلان بر کنترل علفهای هرز در روشهای مختلف خاکورزی در پنبه
بهمنظور ارزیابی اثرات روشهای مختلف خاکورزی و نحوه مصرف علفکش ترفلان بر عملکرد پنبه و کنترل علفهای هرز، تحقیقی بصورت آزمایش کرتهای خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در چهار تکرار در مزرعه آزمایشی در جنوب شرقی شهرستان علیآباد کتول در سال 1393 اجرا شد. در این مطالعه عامل اصلی را خاکورزی در سه سطح استفاده از گاو آهن برگرداندار، گاوآهن بشقابی و گاو آهن قلمی بود و سطوح عامل فرعی را وجین دستی در طول دوره رشد و استفاده از علفکش ترفلان از ماده تجاری 48% در پنج سطح: مصرف 5/1 لیتر در هکتار در زمان آبیاری اولیه قبل از کاشت و 5/1 لیتر همراه با اولین آبآبیاری در هفته ششم پس از کاشت، مصرف 5/1 لیتر در هکتار قبل از کاشت و 5/1 لیتر در هفته ششم پس از کاشت و اختلاط با خاک بوسیله کولتیواتور، مصرف 3 لیتر در هکتار پس از کاشت و قبل از آبیاری، مصرف 3 لیتر در هکتار قبل از کاشت و مخلوط با خاک و تیمار عدم کنترل علفهای هرز بهعنوان تیمار شاهد تشکیل میداد. نتایج نشان داد بیشترین درصد فراوانی نسبی در علفهای هرز متعلق به تاج خروس (Amaranthus retroflexus L.) و پهن برگان بود. عامل خاکورزی تاثیر معنیداری بر عملکرد کل وش و وزن خشک کل علفهای هرز نداشت اما تعداد غوزه در بوته تحت اثر معنیدار قرار گرفت. در بین سطوح مختلف عامل علفکش، تیمار وجین دستی بالاترین عملکرد کل وش را به دست داد. در این مطالعه وزن خشک علفهای هرز در هفته چهارم نقش تعیین کنندهای بر عملکرد کل وش و تعداد غوزه در بوته بالاترین همبستگی را در بین اجزای عملکرد با عملکرد کل وش داشت. بررسی برهم کنش عوامل آزمایش مشخص ساخت که میتوان در صورت عدم استفاده از وجیندستی از علفکش ترفلان به میزان 3 لیتر قبل از کاشت در راستای حصول به حداکثر عملکرد استفاده نمود.

بررسی تاثیر آب مغناطیسی و سطوح مختلف شوری بر ظهور گیاهچه پنبه رقم ورامین در کاشمر
بهمنظور بررسی تاثیر میدان مغناطیسی و شوری آب آبیاری با سطوح مختلف بر ظهور گیاهچه گیاه پنبه، آزمایشی بصورت فاکتوریل در قالب بلوکهای کاملاً تصادفی و با سه تکرار در سال زراعی 1395در مرکز آموزش عالی کاشمر انجام شد. در این آزمایش سطوح مختلف شوری آب آبیاری شامل 5/0S1:، 3S2:، 7S3:، 10S4: و 13S5: دسی زیمنس بر متر تحت شرایط مغناطیس (M1) و غیر مغناطیس (M2) در نظر گرفته شد. برای تولید آب مغناطیسی از 6 عدد آهنربای نئودمیوم- آهن-بورن با ابعاد 1×2×4 سانتی متر با قدرت 1500 میلی تسلا استفاده گردید. صفات مورد ارزیابی شامل تعیین درصد و مدت زمان ظهور گیاهچه تحت آبیاری با شرایط مغناطیس و غیر مغناطیس بود. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که با افزایش شوری تعداد گیاهچههای پنبه کاهش یافت. بهطوریکه کاهش ظهور گیاهچه به میزان 46، 60، 83 و 100 درصد بهترتیب مربوط به تیمار با شوریهای 3، 7، 10 و 13 دسی زیمنس بر متر در شرایط غیر مغناطیس و در شرایط شرایط مغناطیس به میزان 21، 46، 36 و 50 درصد بودند. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده مشخص گردید که بیش از 67 درصد جوانهها تا روز چهارم پس از ظهور اولین گیاهچه در شرایط مغناطیس حاصل گردید، در حالیکه این روند در شرایط غیر مغناطیس در شوریهای کم تا روز ششم و در شوریهای بالا تا 15 روز پس از ظهور اولین گیاهچه محقق گردید. نتایج حاصل از تجزیه واریانس دادهها نشان داد که اثر مغناطیس در صفات مورد بررسی در سطح احتمال 1 و 5 درصد بهترتیب برسرعت و درصد ظهور گیاهچه معنی دار بود. بنابراین میتوان نتیجه گرفت که اثر مغناطیس بر افزایش تعداد جوانهها و تسریع زمان ظهور گیاهچه در شرایط آبیاری با آب شور مثبت بوده و قابل توصیه میباشد.

استفاده از علفکش، پس از کاشت پنبه در منطقه داراب استان فارس مرسوم نبوده و علفکش فقط یک بار پیش از کاشت استفاده میشود. بنابراین کاربرد کولتیواتور حائز اهمیت بوده و میتواند نقش مهمی در افزایش عملکرد داشته باشد. براین اساس، آزمایشی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی شامل 11 تیمار و در سه تکرار اجرا و با استفاده از روش تجزیه واریانس و آزمون چند دامنهای دانکن مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. تیمارها عبارت بودند از: استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی یک بار در هفته ششم پس از کاشت (T1)، استفاده از کولتیواتور غلتان یک بار در هفته ششم پس از کاشت (T2)، استفاده از کولتیواتور پنجهغازی یک بار در هفته ششم پس از کاشت (T3)، استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی در هفته ششم و کولتیواتور غلتان در هفته هشتم (T4)، استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی در هفته ششم و کولتیواتور پنجهغازی در هفته هشتم (T5)، استفاده از کولتیواتور غلتان در هفته ششم و کولتیواتور پنجهغازی در هفته هشتم (T6)، دوبار استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی در هفته ششم و هشتم (T7)، دوبار استفاده از کولتیواتور غلتان در هفته ششم و هشتم (T8)، دوبار استفاده از کولتیواتورپنجهغازی در هفته ششم و هشتم (T9)، کنترل تمام فصل علفهای هرز (شاهد) (T10) و عدم کنترل علفهای هرز (شاهد) (T11). پارامترهای شاخص کنترل علفهای هرز، عمق متوسط عملیات توسط کولتیواتور، عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد محصول اندازهگیری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که کاربرد تیمارهای مختلف کولتیواتور روی شاخص کنترل علفهای هرز و عملکرد محصول در سطح 1 درصد معنیدار بود. در ارتباط با کنترل علفهای هرز تیمارهایی که دوبار کولتیواتور در آنها مورد استفاده قرار گرفته بود، نتیجه بهتری نسبت به تیمارهای یک بار استفاده از کولتیواتور نشان دادند. از نظر کارایی در کنترل علفهای هرز به ترتیب کولتیواتور هلالی، پنجهغازی و غلتان در رتبههای اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. از نظر عملکرد محصول در ارتباط با استفاده از کولتیواتورها، تیمار دو بار استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی در هفتههای ششم و هشتم بیشترین و تیمار استفاده از کولتیواتور غلتان در هفته ششم کمترین عملکرد را تولید که با کارایی کولتیواتورها در کنترل علف های هرز نیز در ارتباط است. با در نظر گرفتن مزایای استفاده از کولتیواتورها در مقایسه با تیمار کنترل تمام فصل علفهای هرز، استفاده از کولتیواتور هلالی در هفته ششم و هشتم قابل توصیه است.

تعیین کارایی و بهرهوری انرژی در سامانههای خاکورزی حفاظتی بهمنظور تهیه الیاف از پنبه
این تحقیق برای تعیین بهرهوری و کارایی انرژی در سامانههای مختلف خاکورزی حفاظتی برای تهیه الیاف پنبه در منطقه ورامین انجام شد. در این پژوهش سامانههای خاکورزی سنتی، کمخاکورزی، حداقلخاکورزی و بیخاکورزی در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی و در سه تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. نتایج تحقیقات نشان داد که میانگین عملکرد پنبهدانه در سامانه خاکورزی سنتی با 4/3636 کیلوگرم در هکتار دارای بیشترین مقدار و سامانه بیخاکورزی با میانگین عملکرد 3/1753 کیلوگرم در هکتار دارای کمترین مقدار نسبت به سایر سامانههای خاکورزی شدند. بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده، بیشترین مقدار مصرف انرژی در سامانه خاکورزی مرسوم 16/30473 مگاژول بر هکتار و کمترین آن به سامانه بیخاکورزی با مقدار انرژی مصرفی 1/25903 مگاژول بر هکتار در بین سامانههای خاکورزی گردیدند. در سامانه خاکورزی سنتی، نهادههای کود شیمیایی نیتروژن دارای بیشترین مصرف انرژی با مقدار 11620 مگاژول بر هکتار و بعد از آن نهاده آبیاری و سوخت دیزل به ترتیب با مقادیر 041/5850 و 42/4704 مگاژول بر هکتار جایگاه دوم و سوم را به خود اختصاص دادهاند و مصرف انرژی در کارخانه بهمنظور جداسازی الیاف از پنبهدانه نیز 33/1443 مگاژول بر هکتار شد. کارایی و بهرهوری انرژی در سامانه خاکورزی مرسوم به ترتیب 36/2 و 04/0 کیلوگرم بر مگاژول دارای بیشترین مقدار و کمترین مقدار آن در سامانه بیخاکورزی به ترتیب 33/1 و 02/0 کیلوگرم بر مگاژول بهدست آمد. در نهایت بر اساس تجزیه و تحلیل شاخصهای مهم انرژی (دو پارامتر کارائی و بهرهوری انرژی)، خاکورزی مرسوم به عنوان سامانه خاکورزی بهینه در کشت پنبه در منطقه ورامین قابل توصیه است.
